If your version is older that 16.20, visit the Office 365 Apps page to learn how to download the latest version of Office to update your software.

Check your Outlook version in the Outlook menu under About Outlook.

The Teams Meeting button should appear in the Outlook for Mac ribbon if Outlook is running Production Build 16.20 and later. If you do not see the button right away, try restarting your computer. When it opened again, the look of the toolbar will be slightly different and you should see the Teams Meeting button in Calendar invitations.

With the COVID-19 working from home situation, my company is using Teams and I cannot set up a meeting because neither the Teams button exist in Outlook nor Teams.

Open the Outlook main menu and select Activate Office. Outlook for Mac version: 16.35 (Production) Although button for Skype for business and Webex exist in my Outlook 365, MS teams does not.

Please make sure you understand all these instructions before clicking Remove again.
